On Self-Acceptance

The strength and quality of our well-being is directly related to what percentage of ourselves we’ve made friends with.

Today: Make friends with just a little bit more of yourself.

Inspired by the illustration above, I made my own :)

      :)! Me too! The book I mention above is really good – I didn’t expect a lot of what’s in the book based on the title. It’s really good. And I loved doing this exercise inspired by the book – I plan on making copies of the blank version of the one I put together and having them available for folks to take as “homework” after a talk my husband and I are giving tomorrow night at our meditation group.
